The Doctor told me it's time to give Bruce a lot of tummy-time so he can train to raise his head.

Bruce is Two Months alreadyy ... !!

We came back from his doctor today for two months check up.
Everything is good with Bruce. He's healthy, no more jaundice. (yay!)
Doctor was surprised when she saw him,
"Wooow, you look like a four month old baby! So big and alert!"
Here's his measurement :
Head Size : 15 3/4" -- percentile : 55% (average)
Length : 23 3/4" -- percentile : 75% (above average)
Weight : 14.25 lbs -- percentile : 95%!! (waaay above average! hahaha)
Bruce is heavy!!
Doctor gave two thumbs up to us ^_^
(yeah, to me too. Good supply of milk!!)

Poor baby got FOUR shots on his thighs today :(
He got five vaccines today ... one by mouth, like a syrup. Bruce likey...
If only all the immunizations were like that ...
But no, just one, the rest must be shot on both of his thighs.
He cried his lungs out.
I can really tell he was hurting because he doesn't cry like that at home.
(thank God)

As for me, I'm feeling great.
I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight already. Thank's to breastfeeding and lack of sleep!
Haha.
A lot less baby blues now.
I'm enjoying every minute I spend with this precious little boy :)
(yes, even at 3am)

Two Weeks!

Bruce is two weeks old now!
Two days ago at his doctor's, he weighs 9 lbs.
He lost about 10 oz. on the first week.
I was so worried. But then he drinks a lot, poops a lot, now he's 1 lb more than his birth weight alreadyyy ... yay!
Doctor said usually babies lost weight at the beginning and back to his birth weight within two weeks. Bruce dah lewat ... heheheh...

Bruce got a present from US Government.
His Social Security Card arrived in the mail today!
and it doesnt have the notes "not valid for employment" hahahah
*mommy jealous.

Circumcised!

Bruce is 12 days old today.
We went to his pediatrician to have him circumcised.
I really wanted to do this in the hospital, when he was still one or two days old.
But Bruce was born on the weekend, something with the insurance not covering it on the weekend (idk, weird). And apparently the hospital was crowded that weekend.
So they scheduled him today, May 20th.
Dr said its the same within the first 3 weeks anyway.
Ya wes...

We got there at 11:15am.
Me, Hendra, my mom and Steph went there together. hehehe
It took a while for the nurse to prep everything ...
Bruce was crying when we had to take off his clothes.
Good thing we brought a thick blanket.
Susternya lama banget seh!! *ugh
Then she brought in a board called Circumstraint. It has Velcro straps to restrain the baby's arms and legs so that he cannot move.
I lost it ... I cried ... I couldnt bear the thought of him being restrained and in pain.

The Doctor came in and asked only one person to be present there.
She felt uncomfortable performing the procedure with too many people watching.
I obviously couldn't stay.
So only Hendra stayed during the whole thing.
Brave Papa :)

After about 20min or so ...
Hendra came to the waiting room and called us back in.
He said Bruce was very strong.
He cried at the beginning but was very quiet afterwards.
Even the Doctor was amazed and called him "Superstar" !!

Finally, our baby BACH was born :)
....and after several days I can return to Internet world again. haha..

Bruce is 6 day-old today ... and he's such a good baby.
I love him so muchhhh ... !! I can stare at him for hours gk bosen2 ... cant believe he's here.

Ohh lots of stories alreadyy ... there's at least 3 blogs-worth per day I can write about our last 5 days! I wish I could be like Destri who can feed the baby and update blog at the same time. haha..
but I'll try to catch up soon.
In the mean time, I try to take as many picts as possible !! hehehe

Happy Cinco de Mayo for those who celebrates it!
Looks like Bruce is celebrating in my tummy still!! hahahah .. .no new signs of labor so far.
I've been having some cramps lately, but comes and goes irregularly. So I guess that's still the 'practice' ones ... haizzz...

Althoooo ... my feet are finally catching up with my hands ...
they're swollen now!!
They're so plumped up, the skin stretches when I walk.
Looks like the Nutty Professor's plump feet.

Yayyy ... my Mom , Dad, and Steph finally arrived last night at SFO.
We're all so excited to see them =D.
Everybody's responses were the same when they saw me, "wow ... u so big!"
...........

Anyway, they brought a lot of stuff for Bruce! hihi ...
plenty of clothes, small pillow & guling (so cuteee), bedding accessories, boppy, minyak telon (english ...?), macem2 dah! banyakk! And he got some gifts too, from my mom's friends (toys and baby foot chain), from Martha (thanks Marrr!!) and from Eric Tan's family (thanksss a lottt!!!!)
I think no shopping for Bruce for the next couple of months. Hihi .....

Went to the doctor this morning.
My appointment was moved from Wednesday to today because Wed is already 5/5.
We talked about inducing the labor because we're so close already.
We don't want the baby to stay in too long because if he gets too big, there's more chance of me needing a c-section.
So they scheduled the induction for me this Saturday, May 8th.
We're still hoping he's gonna be born on Cinco de Mayo (haha), but if he's not, he should be out this Saturday. hehe ... its gonna be an interesting week.

Just came back from the doctor today.
(again, waited so long until I fell asleep)
Everything is normal, my blood pressure, heartbeat, Bruce's heartbeat, measurement semuanya ok.
And ... no weight gain!!! Yay! I'm still 146lbs like last week.
Wait ... this also means another pre-labor signs : Weight Stabilization!
Weleh ... four down now.

Dr checked my cervix and said I'm already dilated 1cm.
Hihihi ... doesn't mean much. Can be soon, can be weeks from now.
But I'm already nervous!!!!

38 weeks!

Here I am ... 38 weeks pregnant... already considered full term (Bruce can be born anyday now and no longer considered prematured birth). I already have some pre-labor signs lately :

1. Braxton Hicks (2 blogs below)

2. Enlightening or Belly Drop (ini mah udah dari kapan2)

3. for the last three days : Diarheaaaaaaaa!!!
I thought it was because I ate too spicy Indonesian Fried Rice from Jayakarta on Sunday, hahaha ... but I only ate a little bit, with steamed rice and chicken too. And Hendra also had (a lot more) the same fried rice, but it didn't bother him. The next couple of days I always eat the same food as Hendra, but only me going back and forth the bathroom.

This morning I woke up at 6am, going to the bathroom three times in an hour.
But that was it. It's 4pm now and I feel fine.

There are four other pre-labor signs I think ....
- weight stabilization (when I no longer gain weight .... I just gained another two pounds last time I went to the Dr..... bah)
- burst of energy (gk ada tu ... teler terus. sleepy all the time)
- bloody show ... *gk ngerti. ntar aja kl uda terjadi tulis blog lagi.
- .... i forgot. Hahaha

wado wado wado udah 3 signs neh ... it's coming!!!

Baby Basics Class

Hendra and I went to Baby Basics Class offered by John Muir today.

This basic course teaches what every parent should know about caring for their newborn. Hands on practice with diapering and swaddling. Receive information regarding normal newborn appearance, behavior and practical parenting tips.

It was from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
We got a lot of information in this two hours!
We learned how to change diapers, what diapers to get, what we should watch out for. I never knew that we shoudn't use baby powder. Apparently recent studies show that baby powder can cause breathing problems and serious lung damage when inhaled by the baby. Hmm .... didn't we all use baby powder when we're babies?? hwehehe ...

We also learned to swaddle. Haiz. .. I need to practice more. I sucked. Kriput2 smua blanketnya. ... This is not the same as wrapping gifts ya. .. haha

There's also a slide show about how newborns look like, what procedure will take place, what symptoms to look out for, etc etc. We talked about what to do in the first month, how to see baby's personality, when to call the doctor, etc etc.
Two hours went by just like that.
So quick.
So much info.
Good thing there's a handout. haha ...

Another tiger baby is born today!!!
Baby Brandon Lucas Gunawan Tan was born this morning 6lbs 11oz and 20 inches!
Congratulation Rika and Fredrik (and Bryan) for a healthy baby boy ^_^
Can't wait to see some pictures!!

Braxton Hicks

This morning after breakfast, my lower abdomen felt weird.
A little bit heavy.
Hours later, feels a bit painful.
Felt like I ate something wrong. (you know, when u had too much chili, or ate expired food)
I was so confused because I didn't feel like going to the bathroom.
It comes and goes irregularly. Destri told me to time it, but it's so irregular ... sometimes long, sometimes short .. weird.
And around 2pm, I was hungry.
He ... mana ada orang sakit perut bisa lapar...
So I was almost certain this is not food related. Haha ...

4pm, Doctor appointment ...
She's so busy today ... I had to wait a looonggg time in the exam room.
I usually just sat on the exam table but my lower tummy hurts, so I laid down.
The doctor took so long that I fell asleep!
Which was actually good because it didn't hurt anymore.
I guess I have to lay down then ....

When she came in, she checked everything is normal.
My cervix is still closed, meaning no dilation at all.
So she confirms that it's Braxton Hicks (read : practice contraction)
.... ada ada aja lah kontraksi ajah pake latian!!@#@%
She said if it becomes more often I have to call her.
But so far, I'm on the right track.
I should be worried if I had this before week 37.
whadaya know ... today i'm exactly 37 weeks.

King Robert the Bruce I was born at Lochmaben Castle in 1274. He was Knight and Overlord of Annandale. In 1306 he was crowned King of Scotland and henceforth tried to free Scotland from the English enemy.

After being defeated at a battle, Bruce escaped and found a hideout in a cave. Hiding in a cave for three months, Bruce was at the lowest point of his life. He thought about leaving the country and never coming back.

While waiting, he watched a spider building a web in the cave's entrance. The spider fell down time after time, but finally he succeeded with his web. So Bruce decided also to retry his fight and told his men: "If at first you don't succeed, try try and try again".

He came back and won the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314, even though his men were outnumbered ten to one.

My Fingers

Lately, my fingers have been feeling sore.
Especially in the morning.
When I wake up, it hurts to bend my fingers.
It feels sore like when your muscle is sore after exercising.
So weird, I thought, did I play piano that much?? Kayanya gk deeee....

So I asked the doctor about this yesterday.
She said, "it's normal. Your fingers retain water, so they're swollen . I suggest you take off your rings before it gets bigger."
Haahhh??? It's swollen?? I didn't even notice it...
I've always watched my feet if they're swollen because many people asked, "kakimu bengkak gak?" and I always said no.
Ternyata my fingers!!!
And yes, last night, it's so hard to take my rings off... it hurts my skin really baaaad...
so I took off one ring last night, and the other one this morning.

Huwaaaa no wedding rings for now :(

8 Months!

Just came back from the doctor today. I had a Group B strep test. It's like a strep throat, but its down there. Apparently its ok for the mom but not good for the baby. So if I have it, I'll be given antibiotics during delivery. We'll see the result next week.

Everything else is normal,
My fundal height still the same, 35cm (not inches, haha)
but I weigh 144 lbs!! How did I gain 2lbs in a week??
Since the Fundal Height is the same, that means I'm wideeerrrr....
haiz... saya melebar.

Dr said baby is definitely in a head-down position.
But normal, I'm not dilated or anything yet.
And eventho my tummy looks low, but the baby is not 'drop'.
So I'm not in labor anytime soon.
Yay! Bruce might come ontime! hihi...

35 weeks!

I'm already 35 weeks pregnant. Yay!

Yesterday, I completely forgot about my doctor's appointment. I remembered on Sunday night. But on Monday morning. Totally forgot. Appt at 11:30am, I went to the office around 2pm and suddenly remembered! Haiz.... pikun paraahhh....
Luckily the receptionist were really nice, I went there and she just rescheduled me for today. Phew....

When the doctor tried to find Bruce's heartbeat, he moves a lot! It was so visible, my tummy was moving-moving. Dr was like, "wow .. .there he is!" ..... hahaha sedikit malu. Heartbeatnya jadi tinggi deh!! Still normal, but Dr said "he's exercising in there." Hwehwhewhe ...

I weigh 142lbs now (64.5kg!)
Fundal height is 35cm (perfect)
Looking at my belly shape, Dr said Bruce is probably already head down.
But we will know more next week.
Yes, it's already time to check weekly with my OB.

Great News! Oke and Melissa's baby was born this morning!!
Mel and baby are healthy, everything is good.

Baby Shower!

What a fun Baby Shower we had last Saturday!! So many people came. Although many couldn't make it, most people did, including our friends from LA!! Inez, Eric and Nico-pasarbaru came!! Awesome!

We had lots of fun games, and great food! Hendra and I received a lot of gifts, which sorry to say, until this minute they are still wrapped nicely in The Longbotham's residence. Hwahwhahwa ... its that much fun we had without opening presents!!

We started around 3pm with fellowship. We sang some praises, prayed and had sharing time. We got some questions from Om & the singles, and valuable advices from the mothers =). Then Om shared a great story about King Robert the Bruce! We never heard about it before. It's so cool! We're loving the name Bruce more and more ^_^

Then the games!! Oh, so much fun!! Thanks to Tante Hannah & Tante Mei Mei !! There were..... FIVE games! Ndak berasa .... its that much fun. First, there's a list of questions for Hendra regarding this baby pregnancy thing , then he was asked to sing and dance. hwehwehwe ... Second, I had to guess who's holding a baby doll while it's being passed around and my eyes were covered. I got it right the second time!! woohooo.... !! Then we each got a shirt! Made by Tante Hannah and Tabitha. So cool.

Third game, Tante Hannah printed out a nice Noah's Ark picture and alphabet letters. Everybody must write as many animals as possible starting from A to Z. It's so haaaarddd... I did it in Indonesian, still so haaarddd... every animals I could think of starts with K!! Kucing, Kuda, Kelinci, Kerbau, Kadal, Kalajengking, Koala, Keong, Kera, Kepiting, Kijang, Kerang, Kumbang, Kutu, Kura-kura ......... haiz ... I even put Nil for N, where its supposed to be K juga!! KudaNil!! I failed. Monica won this game!! Yay good job!!

Next one, everybody was put in pair, and Tante Hannah gave out a really good quality paper for everybody to DRAW their partner when they were a baby! Hihihi there were sooo many funny drawings. Never thought our church members are great artists! haha ... the winner was Tante Titien. She made a funny picture of Om Ronnie. Congrats Tante!!

Fifth game, we are all divided by two groups. We played 'passing the pacifier'. We have to pass the pacifier using a pen in our mouth. It's not as easy as I thought. This was the funniest game, we couldn't stop laughing. If we drop the pacifier, we had to start over. We probably dropped it more than 5 times. Hahaha .... will show pics of this !! Eric and Didik took a lot of pics, can't wait to see them!!

Last one (lho ada Six games??) : guess my waist line. Everybody must cut a rope to guess how long my waist line is. Nico just measured his own waist line, and cut the rope, and WON! Hwahwhahwahwha ... congrats Nic!!

Then we had dinner. Food was plennntifulll and so gooooddd. ... thanks to Mami Elizabeth!! All delicious Indonesian food. Here's some food-pictures taken by my sis, Petra :

There were a lot more! Tons of Fruits, Nuts, Fruity Drinks, Cemilan, Bubur Kacang Ijo, etc etc.... Banyak dah!! My tummy was so tight but I kept eating!! hahaha ...

Around 5:30pm, some people left, more people come. Hihi... Friends of Mami Liz were starting to come around this time. Still plenty of food. The party kept going on!! We had dinner, conversations, and ... Karaoke! Singing nonstop from 6pm to midnight!! Wheheheh ... everybody had a great time.

Hendra and I are so happy and feel so loved. We had such a great time with everybody and are very touched by the kindness and attention given to us, especially for Bruce! He's not even born yet but so many people love him already. Hik hik ... *terharu.

to Epi or not to Epi......

Hendra, I and Petra watched the ChildBirth Class DVD last night. We learned a lot from this DVD about what to expect before and during the labor. Last night we watched chapter four (Delivery & Pushing) & chapter five (Medications Used in Labor). The host is a very strong advocate for natural birth - no pain meds, no interventions.

I'm a bit worried about Epidural now. I was so sure I'd have it. My doctor said it's a very common procedure, they performed it thousands of times. My friends who just had babies recently also had Epidural and no problems. But one of the side effect is Migraine! My cousin Sienny experienced this. She got a really bad headache afterward. Wadohhh ... you know how easy it is for me to get headache??

Also it will be harder/longer for the baby to get out because there's no urge to push. I will be numbed from the waist down. (huh??)
So if the baby is big (which I'm sure Bruce will be), they might have to pull him out using some tools. (waaaatt??)

There are still some side effects she mentioned in the DVD, why it is bad for you and your baby. She is very biased tho. I think she's presenting the worst case scenario for this pain medication. I am very concerned, but as I look back, I have a pretty normal & healthy pregnancy so far (Praise The Lord). I have no complication, Bruce is healthy, and I don't even have migraine as often as before pregnancy. So.....

Maybe I should get another DVD.
Haha. ...

Week 34!

I've been worrying about pre-term labor lately. Many people told me my belly is very low already (and yes, big!!). And it's been very tight too. Especially at night time. I'm not sure if this is the contraction my doctor mentioned few weeks ago. It's not painful, it's just super tight like when you eat too much. haha...
I have a feeling that Bruce is going to be born early. Hopefully not too early. We still enjoy his kicking and turning in my belly. hehe...

Birth Center Tours

Finally, after missing the first appointment last month (haha),we went to the Hospital's Birth Center Tours last Saturday.
It was pretty cool to see other pregnant ladies in the group. (about 10 couples...so 10 preggies including me). I wasn't the biggest and slowest person in the crowd anymore. hahaha ...

Tour was great. We got a lot of information. They told us where to park, where to go when we just got there, what to do, where to stay during labor, where's the waiting room, and the recovery room. The Labor Room is soooo niceeee .... here's the picture they have in the website :

When I saw this picture earlier this year, I thought "yea rite ... boonk banget. We gotta pay extra for that room... ". But it is that big! So nice!! I was so excited when we went there. The whole group can fit into that room and still roomy. Yay!

But!!!.... this is really just for labor. After Bruce is born, they will let us stay there for an hour or maybe two, then move us to the Mother/Baby room (recovery room?)... this room is tiiinnyyy!!! Bener2 kebanting dehhhh ... this room only fit one twin bed and a chair. Walahh... No wonder the picture is not on the website! haha..
But at least it's a private room ... and a private bathroom too. So that's okay. I'll be there only for a day (or two) anyway.

32 weeks

Boy, do I feel big & heavy.
Now every morning is a struggle to get up. Hendra has to help push me up. Or I have to geser-geser (slide) to the edge of the bed until I almost fall so my feet can start standing up. Even when I slouch on the couch, it's so hard to get up. I have to find a good position until my feet can touch the ground then stand up.
Or raise my hand (like the Panda) & call Hendra.
Haiz... I feel so fat.

Still coughing today ... the funny thing is I can't really cough like a normal person. You know when your throat is itchy you just cough out loud. Cant. Because when I do, my lower tummy hurts. It happens too when I sneeze. When I couldn't control it, sounds like this "hatchiiii!!... aw aw aw aaaaw!"
So now I sound like fake coughing, multiple small cough ... *huk huk huk huk huk (hard to explain... but Hendra said I sound like "sok cute" cough. bahaha mank enak.... )

Lower back still hurts, my butt too sometimes (bhs kerennya : sciatic nerve).
When I sit down too long, I have to remember to stand up slowly, otherwise, tummy hurts, pinggang hurts, pinggul hurts, butt hurts, then I had to sit down again. Then stand up slowly, and walk like a penguin. right..left..right..left...wobbly wobbly..

Can't take any good meds ... can't work .. .cant do anything.

7 Months!

I called my dad last night,
Me : "Happy Birthday, Dad!!"
Dad : "Thank you. How are you feeling now?"
Me : "Im okay. Feeling Fat."
Dad : "Fat? How much you gained already?"
Me : "13kg!"
Dad : "What? That's enough! Don't gain anymore!"
Me : "he? I still have two months!!"
Dad : "Iyaa, don't eat too much snacks and sweets!!"
Bwahahwhahwahw ....
...guilty.

I really need to limit my sugar intake ...
I think I went sweetcraze after I passed the glucose test. Bahaha ...

Went to the doctor last Monday. Everything was good.
Normal as usual (Thank God)
I gained another pound since last time.
Now I'm 139lbs.
Fundal Height is 31"
Kmaren itu iseng2 ukur lingkar pinggang.... 41", man !!

I'm supa big nowwwwww!!

Bruce is coming in 10 weeks ... !! or less... O.O

According to babycenter weekly update, Bruce is about 15.7 inches long and weighs almost 3lbs. I'm pretty sure he's more than that. I already gained 28 lbs. Masak dia cuma 3 ??

His eyesight continues to develop, he will respond to changes in light. I was told that at this stage we can try flashing the flashlight to my belly and see if he responds. hehe ... I haven't tried. He moves a lot so I don't need a flashlight to make him move.

As for me :
- feeling tired these days - Yes.
- having trouble sleeping - Yes. Sometimes.
- clumsier than normal - Yoii bangett.

- have bigger feet so need to buy bigger shoes - he? I'm already size nine! so far masi pake sandal lama masih ok seh ... so I hope not!!

- have mood swings - mmmm not really sih. Although a couple days ago, I was chatting with Steph and she told me a funny story. I laughed so hard, I cried! It was the weirdest thing. I was laughing out loud but a lot of tears streaming down my face. I had to grab lots of tissues. Hard to explain. I was laughing and crying at the same time. Hendra was so confused. hahaha ...

Thats all for week 30.
I will see the doctor this Monday.
Now I have to see her every two weeks.

Baby Registry

I know I've been procrastinating about baby registry and nursery and all that. I just don't know where to start! Thanks to Sienny and Destri, I finally started the baby registry in Babies R Us. Boy, what an overwhelming experience. Usually when I need something then I go to the store and buy it. If its an expensive thing, research on it online then buy. (Or when I see something on sale. hahaha) But what do I know about what Bruce will need??

I went to Babies R Us in Dublin, CA. Whewwww ... what a big storeee and they have lots and lots of stuff... I didn't know babies need that much stuff ... hahaha... It took me more than half an hour to scan the first item. I was so confused. Its like shopping for someone else, but I have no clue about the items. Weird.

Anyway we got a stroller and carseat last week. Yippie!! It's a pretty good one too ... ! Here's some pictures of Hendra setting up the stroller. We love it!! This is officially Bruce's first items. Haha...

Sweets!

I forgot to mention in the last blog, I passed the Glucose Test!! woohooo ... I was worried because I eat sweets a lotttt. Lately I've been eating lots of donuts (doughnuts?). I put some on my nightstand because when I wake up I really want to eat donut! hahaha ... seriously, so weird.
I was supposed to take the test sometimes after the last dr. visit (Jan19). She told me I have to fast in the morning before taking the test. I took the test on Feb 8! Haha ... habis tiap pagi makan donat terus!! Gmana mau puasa... ??
Finally on Feb 8 I was out of donuts. Bwahahaha ...

so i went to the lab.
They gave me this small bottle of orange liquid.
It was cold, like soft drink. But when I drank it, blehhh its too sweet. Made me dizzy.... then I had to wait an hour there before they draw my blood. I fell asleep a couple of times because of that drink. Dizzzzzyyyy....
2 days later I got the result that I passed. Horeeey.... more donuts!!!

Anyway, I had my 6 month check up today!
(cepet yo udah 6 mth??)
Everything is good, my glucose 'score' was 125 (passing is under 140)
I weigh 138lbs now!! But Dr said it's normal, not big (really??)
Bruce's heartbeat is 140. Normal.
She asked me if I already had some contraction.
Me : "huh? I don't think so. Now? Already?"
She laughed and said it's normal to have contraction once a day in the third trimester, it'll feel like a really bad period cramps.
Ow dear....

28 weeks!

Wow suddenly no blog for almost two weeks.
I guess I enjoyed 2nd trimester too much and today I'm officially in 3rd Trimester!!
Jeng Jengggg....

Last night I woke up at 3am and couldn't sleep until 6am!!!
I have no idea why.
Definitely not coffee/caffeine/sugar.
I wasn't hungry nor thirsty.
My back didn't hurt.
I just couldn't find a comfy position to sleep ... so weirdd!!
I usually doze off so easily, just give me a pillow and a blanket, I'm off to dream land.
Not last nite =(
I tried watching TV, reading emails (even sorted Hendra's email), play wit my hp, etc2.
Maseh gk bisa tidur!!!

so around 5am I got up, went downstair, ate breakfast burrito,
& drank a glass of milk.
then zzzzzzzzzzzzz..........pagi2 saket perut @#$%^&!!

Is this a sign of 3rd trimester beginning??

Bruce's Auntie Steph is leaving for good tonight to Indonesia.
Huwaa ... 3rd trimester will be so much harder without her :'(

But she will come visit in May ^.^ to see Bruce, of course!! =)

5 month - check up!

Just came back from Dr. today...
everything is good. Bruce is normal and healthy.
Kicking here and there is normal.
His heartbeat is 150.
My tummy size is normal. (meskipun guede gini ... )
My weight is normal (132lbs/ 60kilos!)
My lowerback pain, back pain, butt pain, leg cramps, also normal. -_-"
I need to get a glucose test tho.
Tomorrow or Thursday I'll go to the lab and get tested.
Hopefully that's normal too.

Dr gave me an article, saying if the baby doesn't kick enough, there are ways to make him move or kick more.
Wuelehhh... gk perlu seh. Skarang siang malam dia kick mulu.

Last Sunday at San Ramon church,
there's this new couple, also expecting their baby boy.
We asked how far along she was, "7 month."
And we were shocked because ... her belly is smaller than mine!!!
Baru deh pada sadar how big my belly really is!
haiz....
Well, lately I really feel the weight on my belly sieh.
When I sit down for a while, then stand up, I find myself leaning forward (imbalance) because my tummy is so heavyyy!!

Wiiii only 15 minggu lagieh to see baby Bruce!!

Kick Fest

Now I definitely know when Bruce is kicking.
And he kicks a LOT!
At first it was so subtle, hard to tell.
Then one day,
Hendra came close to my tummy and call "Bruce... hello? Bruce!!"
....nothing.
Then I said, "maybe you should sing to him"
Hendra, "hmmm ok ... POTONG BEBEK ANGSA, MASAK DI KUALI...NONA MINTA DANSA ..DANSA EMPAT KALI!"

One minute later, duk... duk duk ...duk ...
and he didn't stop for like 10 minutes!!
yak ampon.
Even after Hendra left for shower dia masi tendang2. ..
he really wants to play with his papa, i guess.

23 weeks!

Yes. I'm at least five months preggiess...
but my tummy is bigger than those at seven! haha....

I think I can feel the baby moving now .
Kinda subtle, but I'm pretty sure it's not gas. hehe ..
Felt like ... blub...blub blub... blub...
Hendra can feel it sometimes, but he has to concentrate.
I put his hand on my tummy while he's watching tv,
cant feel a thing! >.<

Another new thing, CRAMP!!!!
omg the other night I suddenly woke up almost screaming because of a REALLY bad cramp on my right calf. It was soo baaaad...
I grabbed on Hendra's arm, "keramm .. .keraaammmm...!!!"
Woke him up, of course.
He helped me straighten out my leg, but it was so stiff... saket bangettttt....
Besoknya masi kaku loh betisnya ... so weirdd... .

The Year of Bruce!

What a great winter vacation we had.

I had a super awesome time with my family.
Having my parents here is always the most joyous time of the year =)

Christmas Trip

I'm already 21 weeks preggies!!
and I feel great!
Maybe because my parents are here, and we are now in Las Vegas. Woohoo...
Family Trip is a little different this time.
I didnt drive at all, thanks to Steph & Petra ^.^
I walk a lot less but eat a lot more!! Haha ... gawat deh ... I am currently 58kg! (128 lbs)
My tummy is big, even my dad said its too big for only 21 weeks. I'm only halfway ini?!!?

Before our trip, I went to the doctor for this month's check up. Everything looks good. Bruce is healthy =D heartrate is normal (145), his weight is about 10oz and length around 9 inches. Im sure he's bigger today!!

At this stage, Im suppose to feel his kicks and movements already. Tapi kok gk yah? Maybe Ive mistaken them with gas? My tummy has been gassy since week 8. Or my tummy has THAT much fat sampe gk krasa? Pdhl kt dokter dia aktif banget loh. hmmm ... .

It's a Bruce!!

I mean ... It's a BOY! hahaha ...
We finally found out yesterday but I didn't get a chance to write it here.
We are so happy!!

We got there at 11am sharp (yes. not late loh. hehe)
But there were so many couples already.
The nurse said there's a delay so we had to wait almost half an hour.
Ugghhh we were gettin soo impatient.

Finally we got in.
The nurse and doctor were very nice.
When we started, the nurse said she wanted to check the baby's heart, head, brain, spine, arms n legs, etc. etc. first. Thennn the baby's gender at the end of the session.
The baby was sooo active. It kept moving around!
Nurse had to chase the baby around to show us those specific body parts. hahaha...
Almost all the pictures were blurry because of all the moving.

The funny thing was, only after the first five minutes, when the nurse had only shown us the heart of the baby (after chasing it around), she sighed, " Okayy I might as well just tell you now because the baby keep showing it to me! Obviously the baby really wants you to know. It's a boy! " Hahahaha ternyata daritadi tuh bayinya kept flashing his butt!! bwakakakak I guess he knew we were realllly eager to know! Hahahah ... The doctor later on said, "This baby is definitely NOT shy!"

But after that he still move around. Doctor said he's very active. But everything looks good. He is healthy and we got some pictures of his profile, his legs, his feet, and his butt. Hihihi... I will upload those later.

Yay! We're having a boy!!

Here I am, just got back from Indonaz's Christmas celebration. This is the only outfit I can wear. Nothing else fits!! (yg rapih maksudnya, sehari2 mah masi ok)

Good news today I just found out ANOTHER good friend of mine is EXPECTING!!

19 Weeks!

Woww suddenly already 19 weeks!

My tummy now is super visibly big and round.
Everywhere I go, people will notice that I'm a preggie.
Some strangers have asked "How far along are you?"
gk pake tanya2 lagi "are you pregnant?"
My sis said I look like carrying a basketball everywhere. haha

I still waddle left and right.

I think I eat normal now. Not too much, not too little.
Sometimes when I eat too fast, my tummy gets so tight I couldn't lay down.
Or when I lay down, I can't get up. ==

Back still hurts sometimes.

I notice my skin is a little reddish.
In some areas (like tummy, palms, legs) they look like a rash.
Not itchy tho. Nor dry.
Just red.
Babycenter said it's because of extra estrogen (huh?)
but normal =D

Sweets

I've been wanting to eat sweets lately ... but not too much though.
Suddenly I wanted to eat mung bean (bubur kacang ijo)
So I made it last night. Boy, it took a loooong time!
I cooked the mung bean, add pandan, add gula merah, add nangka (jack fruit?), kolang kaling (palm sugar?), and santen. But by the time it's ready, I was sleepy & tired already.
So I just put the whole pot in the fridge. Haha ...
But I had it today and it's good. I cant eat much somehow. But it's good =D

I made spaghetti for dinner. I ate A LOT.
I even took some from Hendra's plate. hahaha .. .
Afterwards, I could feel my tummy stretched out.
It's super tight!
Gawat deh ... I think I have to control my appetite, niehhh!
My tummy is sooo round after dinner. hahaha ...

The whole Thanksgiving weekend I was busy ... EATING! Hahaha ... Gosh there was sooo much food!
On Thursday we had a family Thanksgiving gathering at Uncle Tom's house. Food was overflowing! There were Turkey, stuffings, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, veggies, mie goreng, lumpia basah, roulades, sup kembang tahu, kolak, kue talam, kue2 uncle Tom, and bunch of fruits. Hm. I dont think thats all. but yeah. There was a LOT of good food!! I ate so much that night, I think I gained a couple pounds. Hahah ...

On Saturday, Indonaz Thanksgiving Dinner in San Ramon! Also lots of food. We started with chips+dips, and grapes. Then the big dinner: Turkey, stuffings, mashed potato, fried chicken, french fries, galantin, sup makaroni+ayam+ham, veggies and sambel terasi super enak. Bweheheh ... Mantaph.

After Joint Service on Sunday, there's pot luck. Nyam nyam I was so hungry I took a plate full of food (especially Korean Food. haha. They're so good). Plus bread and butter. HABIS loh!! I think I ate as much as Hendra did. hahaha ... crazy.

4 Month Check-Up!

Just came back from Dr's Appointment.
Everything looks good.
The baby is healthy and I am ok too =D
I currently weigh 124 lbs.
so... I gained about 15lbs in 2 months!
(ampir 7 kg, bok!)
Weleh weleh.... gotta lay off the burritos.

Next meeting will be on Dec 18
Two days after we found out the gender of ch-baby
Oooooh cant wait!!

Also, I registered at the hospital just now.
Turns out i shoud've registered in week 14. oops.
hehehe ... but its ok. I'm registered, kok.

So I will be delivering the baby in :
John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, CA
I've never been there.
So we're going to take a tour next month to get familiar with the place.
Kyaaaaa deg2an juga.

Just got a good news today, my good friend Dede Oke will have another child!!
He will have a baby boy, due April 6th 2010! wowww!
A month older than CH-baby!
I don't know how he could keep this a secret all this time.
Amazing!

So all my high school friends (yes, Destri, you too!) who attended my wedding, will have babies at the same time! With me!! Wahoooo ... I'm so happy!

Ekkkk ... actually there's one more couple.
I'm not sure if she is already telling the world about her baby.
She just found out and her baby is due mid-July 2010!

16 Weeks!

Cepet juga ya tau2 uda 16 weeks!

I don't throw up anymore.
Lot less nauseated (almost never)
My apetite is back.
This morning I ate wonton noodle,
which made me super nauseous in week 9.
Chicken is slowly coming back to my plate =D
(only dark meat with lots of spice/sauce/sambel)
I've been eating lots of bread too. And cheese.
I put ranch dressing on French bread, then loads of cheese, then toast it until the cheese is melted and burned a little bit. Yummm ...

My back is better now.
It only hurts when I sit too long.
Last night I sat on the floor watching tv with Hendra in our bedroom. Picnic style (watch tv and snacking)
I guess I didn't sit correctly.
After a while, I couldn't stand up.
And when I finally stood up, I couldnt walk!
My lower back and hip hurts so baaaaddd ...
dohhh I felt like an old womannnnn....

Durian

Hmmm ... Hendra suddenly wanted to eat Durian. (lho kok dia yg ngidam) Well he always likes Durian, but yesterday when we were in Ranch 99, Frozen Durian was on sale. So he couldn't resist, we bought one. At home he opened it, smells good! I'm not crazy about Durian but Hendra seemed to enjoy it so much jadi pengen deh! So I ate a little bit. Tastes good!! so I ate another one. hahaha ... mmmm so delicioussh.

Afterwards I checked online. There's nothing about Durian in babycenter (Except in forum2 gk jelas. males ah) There are some articles that said it's ok to eat Durian while pregnant. Some say not. I know that Durian makes you panas dalem (what's this in English? Hot deep?Hahah). So I drank lots of water afterwards.

... and my good friend Peggy told me, when she was pregnant with her second child. Her craving was DURIAN! She bought a whole cart of Durian and eat lots of it everyday!! Hahahah ... now her second child is cute and healthy!!

I guess like my sis & mom say, everything in moderation =P

Yep. That's what I called myself, Fatty McButterpants (from King of Queens) wehehe ... look at how big my tummy already is!!
I'm only 15 weeks loh! ... I don't know how much I gained already. Pasti banyakk! My sister said I no longer 'walk' now, I wobble. Hahaha...

All my clothes are (like in this pic) already too tight. This shirt used to be loose. My other shirts are either too tight or too short. I need to go shopping .... >.<

I always say, I prefer Cold weather than Hot. I prefer being too cold than too hot. It is easier to warm up your body than to cool down.
But lately...brrrr...I get cold soo easilyyy ...
I know the weather is starting to cool lately, but I really feel so coolddd.
The tip of my nose is always cold. My ears too.
Should I start wearing the ski mask to work? hahaha. ..

Now that I cant drink coffee, I just drink hot water and sometimes tea. Not too much tea, don't worry. hehe. ..
I can't wash my hair in the morning anymore, because my head will feel cold the whole day. (weird, huh?)

On a better note, I think my appetite is back now. (maybe even bigger!)
Lately I've been craving burritos. Bean burrito, Beef Burrito, even chicken burrito!! Gak abis seh ayamnya ... but I ate some. Yesterday I bought cheese enchilada from Rubios, mmmm so good.... then I bought some tacos. Beef and chicken tacos.... knapa jadi suka mexican food begini yah? ... jangan2 beneran lahirnya Cinco de Mayo ini ... bahaha

It got worse today... my head hurts.

I made miso soup with udon and sliced beef ... couldnt really eat much.
But at least something so I could take meds from doctor.

Eat Eat Eat

Wow, I can eat a lot now ... the whole weekend I eat more than usual. I think my appetite is back already. yippie!
Still a bit nauseous in the afternoon, but much better after I have a meal (especially a good meal!)

Last Friday I finally tried the bread-maker we received as our wedding gift (Thank's TekYen!) I've been wanting to use it but never had a chance. I wanted to do this on Monday, forgot the yeast. Wednesday, forgot the dry milk. *haiz.
Finally on Friday I did it. Turned out greatttt!! It was so good!! Smells amazing and it's so easy too! I love it! Cant wait til my mom gets here, she will love this too!!
Pengen coba bikin roti coklat aaaaahh.... nyam nyam. ...

It's daylight-saving today.
Hendra and I woke up too early =='
He started working wit the computer, and I couldn't go back to sleep.
And hungry. So I thought I just make breakfast.
I made breakfast burrito! Hohoho ... It has sausage, bacon, egg, cheese, tomato , and lettuce. Hendra & Petra loved it!
My portion of course, meatless -_-"
So only had egg, cheese, tomato (lots!), and lettuce.
Healthy, huh?
But it was good. hehehe ...

It's so windy and cold in Concord! I don't feel well at aLL. Today I'm mostly nauseous, sleepy and tired. I have headache & don't feel like eating anything. Heyy I thought I'm already in my second trimester!? Kok masi begini yo....

I've been reading, maybe this is a mild side effect from the flu shot. Abis gk perna suntik flu sieh. here's from babycenter

The most common side effects are mild, and include soreness, redness, and tenderness or swelling where the shot was given. Some people experience headache, muscle aches, fever, nausea, and fainting. Doctor Visit

Just came back from OB Visit today!
She said everything looks good. All my test results shows that I'm normal, healthy, and the baby is also healthy. Yay!! (cant believe after what i'm feeling for the last 3 months, we are both still healthy). Hendra and I heard the baby's heartbeat for the first time today. It's 160! Baby super healthy! haha...

She also said the back pain is normal, usually it comes in the beginning of pregnancy, then goes away, then come back near the end. haiz...
She suggested YOGA. walah ... im probably the least flexible woman in the world! cium lutut aja kagak bisaa...

...and the stomach pain I had few weeks ago, was heartburn -_-" (wats this in Indonesian, sakit maag?)
I've never had anything like that before, so now I need to buy Tums.

I had my Flu shot & H1N1 too ... so both my upper arm were shot. heheh ...
I've never had a flu shot before. This is the first time because I'm very worried if I get sick, there's no good medicine I'm allowed to take!! And usually when I get even the slightest cold, it lingers for a long time. So let's hope this flu shot (and a lot of prayers!) will prevent me from it.

Back Pain

Aiyohhh my back hurtsss. .. the lowr back hurts everytime I sit too long, or just woke up. Yesterday when I woke up in the morning I almost fell because I couldnt stand up. My lower back hurts so baaaad.. ..
I know I read this before :

You can probably blame your growing uterus and hormonal changes for your aching back. Your expanding uterus shifts your center of gravity and stretches out and weakens your abdominal muscles, changing your posture and putting a strain on your back.

In addition, hormonal changes in pregnancy loosen your joints and the ligaments that attach your pelvic bones to your spine. This can make you feel less stable and cause pain when you walk, stand, sit for long periods, roll over in bed, get out of a low chair or the tub, bend, or lift things.

But my tummy is not that big yettt!!! Only 12 weeks loh. ... mo jadi apa ntar kl uda 8 months! walahhhh

Meet my baby!

Here s/he is! Today is my 12th week, so I had an ultrasound appointment. This is the first time I see the baby. Felt weird. Happy weird =) Finally I'm sure he or she is really there. Haha ...
at the first ultrasound they couldn't find the baby's heartbeat. At the second time I couldn't really see it. So I was kinda 50-50 about the existence this baby.
Suddenly today the baby is already 10cm long! I saw it moving, swimming, and kicking. I cud've sworn there was one time the baby looked at the camera and smile. Hahaha ... My baby indeed!

On my 20th week, we'll come back to this place again to find out the gender of the baby. Uuuuuu I cant wait! Is it Bruce, or Bruchetta? haha ...

Tofu

Love love love love Tofu. Cant stop eating tofu.
Steph & I went to Le Asia Supermarket on Sunday.
I bought tofu and mabo-tofu mix.
But forgot the ground beef =.='
Yesterday somehow i really wanted to eat the tofu.
So i just boiled water, beef stock, salt pepper, then put in tofu and meatballs.
I finished half a package of tofu!
It was around 10pm!

Today Tante Yana made Tahu Baso (tofu+beef)
yum yum i ate most of the Tofu
even added more tofu from last night to the soup.
finished another half package!
nyam nyam ...

Noodle

In Church today, SBC group (Monica, Stefanus, & Winsen) brought their homemade Mie Ayam Jamur (Chicken Mushroom Noodle). So its a chicken n mushroom mix poured on top of steamed noodle + soup. Yumm.

Before the service ended, the whole room already smelling so good. Too bad I cant eat the chicken but I was looking forward to eat the noodle.
Right after service, I got in line, and when it's my turn, Monica shouted "Where's Catherine's food?"
me : "huh?"
Then suddenly Stefanus showed up from behind the counter with a small container containing the chicken+mushroom mix, but without the chicken!!
So all the tasty ingredient was there except the chicken!
Aawwwww that is sooo sweeeetttttt!!

Definitely the best mushroom-noodle i've ever had. haha =D

tummy ache

Right after Dinner, suddenly my upper abdomen hurt so so so baaad... I couldn't move. Just a little movement made it worse. I couldn't even inhale too much, I had to breath slowly. It's like a cramp, but I never had it there. It's in the middle top of my tummy, right below the rib cage. Wiiiihhh saket bangett... I had no idea what happened. It's a lot of pressure there too.

Hm. Gara2 makan kecepetan kali ya? (eat too fast?)
I had steamed rice, bbq shortribs, miso soup, some veggies, and CA rolls --> Deep fried CA Roll. Yum.
But I couldnt finish. huaaa :'(

No Hotdog

My cousin Sienny read my blog and told me to avoid Hotdog during pregnancy.
Oh Noooooooooooo.....
I checked babycenter.com.... even worse!!
No deli meat, no cured meat, no smoked meat....
Hadoehhhh bagimana ini?!?!?!
This means no hotdog, ham, sausage, bacon, pepperoni, salami, etc etc...
No roti sosis!
No pizza!
the list goes on...... x(
Huuwaaaaaaa.....!!!!

No Salmon

I received a message from my good friend, Rina. She read my blog and warned me that I should avoid Salmon during pregnancy. I was totally surprised! I thought Salmon is like the healthiest fish out there! haha ..

Here's what I got from babycenter.com :

Although it's low in mercury (and high in brain-boosting omega-3s), some research has found that, compared to wild salmon, farmed salmon has high levels of PCBs, dioxins, and other contaminants. And since there's no reliable way to tell for sure where the salmon at your local supermarket comes from, you'll probably want to take it off your prenatal menu for now.

Ow dear....
I know I'm not allowed to eat raw fish. (or anything raw except fruit n veggies)
But Salmon?? Grilled Salmon? No? huwaaa ...

but here's the good news :

If you enjoy seafood and tend to eat a lot of it, you can do so without much worry by choosing varieties that are relatively pollutant-free: Shrimp, scallops, flounder, sole, clams, tilapia, oyster, catfish, whitefish, sardines, crayfish, king crab, and croaker.

No Coffee

Yes. You heard me. I cant drink coffee anymore. Not because I'm not allowed due to this pregnancy. I just CANNOT! My body rejects it!
Pingin aja ndak. Maybe because I'm nauseous all the time.

Yesterday at church, I was so sleepy but I had to play the keyboard so I thought I just made my favorite instant coffee, Kopi Pas.
One sip ... omigosh... my tummy hurts, my head hurts, my body aches, its so weird!! It was the most uncomfortable feeling I've ever had after drinking coffee. huwaaaaa...

On a happy note, Tante Titin made Lontong Sayur and Pepes Ikan. I had them for dinner last night, uuuuu soo goooooddd... I ate so much Lontong I think my tummy moved forward a little bit. hahaha ... thanks Tante Titin!!

I sleep a LOT lately. Ive heard of a pregnant fatigue but this is ridiculous. I have more than 8 hours of sleep at night,
wake up, prepare & have breakfast,
go to work, work for a couple of hours, then I'm so tired already.

It feels like working all day nonstop. So after I work a little, I go upstairs in our warehouse, and take a nap. Hendra prep an airbed, pillow and blanket up there. Then I would sleep for a couple of hours and wait til Hendra finish working. Then go home.

This is very frustrating because I have a lot of work to do! Now I work a lot slower and a lot less effective. =( When will this nausea-fatigue thing be over?!!?

wow the weekend is suddenly over.
(unless u celebrate the Colombus Day, tomoro still weekend)
It was a fun weekend.
Had a great time at Ryan's Party on Friday.
Tante Hannah prepared a LOT of food.
One of the main dish was SATE AYAM (chicken satay)
(huwahhh I still cant eat chicken, the Satay looks so good!!)
But there were some salad, shrimp, noodle, meatballs and chocolate pudding! And fruits.
So I ate a lot! =D (mostly salad & fruit)

Today in church Tante Yana made Semur Ayam (chicken ... soup?)
fortunately she also put huge tofu in the soup so I had tofu instead.
Gotta love Tofu!!
In the evening, @San Ramon they're having beef tacos & lumpia.
I could eat the tacos but couldnt stop adding the chopped tomatoes!
Before preggy I like tomatoes, but now I kept going back and forth just for the tomatoes. Tante Yana even cut a whole fresh tomato just for me!
and I finished the whole thing.
I wonder if the baby is vegetarian. haha.

No Chicken

Thats rite.
I cant stand the smell of chicken now.
Had garden salad with grilled chicken for lunch.
I enjoyed the salad (wit ranch dressing, yumm)
but the chicken, iiiiyyyy.
It's grilled loh!
I love anything grilled.
But today, no love for the chicken.
Gave the whole packet to Hendra instead. hehe

nauseous all day.
no news there.
cant wait til tomorrow so I can refill my nausea meds.
Somehow I lost the whole package from my first refill,
and I couldnt get replacement because insurance will only cover til the next refill. I have to pay $230 if I want to get it before Oct 9.

Gak sampe segitu hebatnya deh tu pill ...
masi neg juga abis minum. It only helps a little bit.
(it's nothing compared to the great Excedrin!!)

Petra brought home some food tonight.
I told her I've been craving that noodle from LA (Janty Noodle)
Its the closest noodle to my favorite restaurant in Jakarta.
Her friend came from LA and brought some for me!!

It was soo good.... I ate a lot!
I finished the whole thing except ... the chicken.
Even when the chicken was put on top of a wonderful meal,
I couldnt eat it. It smells.

Nauseous! Nauseous! Nauseous!
I felt nauseous the whole day!
Since morning shower to nite bedtime.
arrghhh ...

I bought Duck Wonton Noodle Soup for lunch,
had about 3 slurps...my tummy hurts.
Its like saying, "no no ... if u keep eating it'll come out again!"
so i stopped.
drank mango juice and soy milk instead.
huk huk....

All day i couldnt eat. only drink.
I gave the noodle another try in the evening,
same thing ... three slurps!
haiyaaaa.... it looks so good! X(

just when i thought my nauseous days are gone.
yesterday i did so wellll

this is really frustrating ...
My tummy hurts, bloated and nauseous all day, my body so weak & fatigue, my head hurts, etc etc. .. but I'm normal! Everywhere I read the 'symptoms' are the same. If not worse.
Usually when I feel ill, I find meds, sleep or drink a lot, and voila! Happy as a clown.
Now .. there's nothing wrong wit me! There's no meds! Some people even told me, the sicker you feel, the stronger the baby. Owalaahh ... >.<

Feeling better today!
Still nauseous but not too bad.
I woke up and suddenly wanted to eat salmon.
Thanks to Monica's simple recipe,
I baked the salmon and also pan fried half of it.
(gk sabar seh panggang lama. haha)
Also oseng2 caisim. Simple recipe from my mom =)

Usually (since pregnant) when I cook something, I end up not eating it because it's too long.
This is odd, when I think about food too long, I get nauseous.
(like dim sum yesterday)
But today was different, I could eat the salmon, not much, but more than usual.
Salmon with rice and caisim.
*weird combination but its all good
and no throw up today!
Yay!

Before going to work, we stopped by the bank at Todos Santos Plaza.
Today is Tuesday so there's Farmer's Market going on nearby.
I suddenly smelled a very good tomato sauce *weird
So we checked out the Frm Market, there's this booth that sells pizza.
Wooden fired pizza, I guess the smell came from there.
No other booth sells tomato sauce. haha
Suddenly I'm hungry again and bought half pie of pizza.
It's a 4 cheese pizza with prosciutto + mushroom.
It's so DELICIOUS!!!! nyam nyam I think I'm going back this Thursday.
better not think bout it too much tho. Bisa neg ntar. Bwehehe.

now I'm hungry again.

This morning I woke up feeling okay.
Not too nauseous, not too tired.
Well, I slept for 12 hours due to the major headache last night!!
*Hix. I miss Excedrin.
Usually when I took Excedrin, slept for half an hour, headache gone.
I took the headache meds from my OB,
slept for 2 hours. Still headache!! >.<

Had cereal for breakfast.
Hendra also had his cereal, then rice and grilled chicken from Mi Pueblo.
Sounds delicious rite?
I had no appetite watsoever.
But when he was eating, looked so good, I stole the wings from his plate. haha.

Took a shower, brush my teeth.
Lately I've been feeling nauseous everytime I brush my teeth.
and today was no different.
Sikat gigi aanndddd muntah deee....
there goes my Mi Pueblo Grilled Chicken Wings =(

Went to warehouse, stopped by at Ranch 99 again. hihi
Gara2 perut kosong tau2 pingin makan dim sum.
specifically, the ketan. (Lo mai kai?)
Sampe sana, beli ketan, bli potsticker, somai, udang, ... ngantri panjaaaang
klamaan cium bau dim sum jadi neg deh!!
akirnya pas uda cek out, liat ada roti sosis sama milk tea wit pearl.
Ya sudah, lunch jadinya roti sosis aja deh!
hahaha ... dim sum kasi Hendra.
